Lilly and Mel have out done themselves.

There's no theme to this party, no gimmicks, other than the 'welcome to our suite and please get very drunk' idea, and this aim has been faciliatated by the huge numbers of bottles of all sorts of alcohol covering the galley kitchen. The breakfast bar boasts five huge bowls of punch, the dining table is covered in assorted snacks and dips, and brightly coloured balloons cover the floor, and, despite the best efforts by a certain boyfriend to use helium for comedy voice purposes, the ceiling as well.

The door to the main bathroom stands open, and a large pile of freshly laundered towels stand on the way to the hot tub, above which a large sign declares: clothing optional.

Mel's bedroom door is shut and locked, protecting weaponry and other valuables, while Lilly's room is opened, and her Bathroom is very clearly labelled.

Out on the balcony, the barbeque takes pride of place among a vast amount of meat, just waiting to be made use of.

The centre of the living area is cleared, but a box of Twister has been placed very obviously on top of the locked entertainment centre.

Suite 132 is open for business

"I can't say I've meet Lilly yet. That's something I should rectify. I wouldn't be much of a guest if I didn't thak both my hosts." He has finished his drink by now but waits for the next shot.

"Used to be a time that I could do without sleep a lot longer. I can;t be sure if I'm getting old, or if the last few months are getting to me, or if I was just young and reckless in my gamlbing days and now I'm just more sensible."

"Lilly's a hot blonde chick," Mel provides. "I think she's probably in the hot tub by now."

She tops up his glass directly from her bottle.

"Why, thank you very much, Mel. But no more after this for now. With this many bottles and bowls, I think I'll wait and try something else. That's the beauty of the place. There's always something new to try." And even if he really means something new to eat or drink, his face says he possibly means more, in a general kind of way.

"You care to make a toast this time?"

Mel nods, and thinks, before raising her bottle again.

"To tryin' new things!"

He smiles, clinks his glass against the bottle, and this time downs the whole goass in one fairly smooth gulp.

"Ahhhhh. Deifntely smooth," he says without batting an eyelash.

"Thank you for the drink, Mel. Anything else you wish to recommend to me before I explore your suite?"

Mel ponders the question.

"Alcohol-wise? Try the 1800. It's in that angled bottle at the back. But don't leave it in an obvious place otherwise people will use it for slammers."

Lando doesn't know what a slammer is, but he can guess.

"I'll be careful, Mel. Rest assured. I have some bottles like that at home that I don't leave out much, either.

"But in the meantime, I shall explore your suite and see if I can find your roommate."
